Who is responsible
The controller for data sent through this website is Weldcom Group Oy (Business ID 3412072-1, Raisio, Finland). Requests concerning work in Estonia may be handled together with the related company Osaühing WELDCOM (registry code 11698682, Tööstuse 48A, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia).

What we collect and why
When you send a crew request, we receive the data you enter: name, company, email, phone, type of work, start date and details. We use it only to answer your request and to prepare a possible offer or contract.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
The website has no analytics, advertising or tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep requests only as long as needed to handle them and any resulting offer or contract, and longer only where the law requires it.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of this website and the Turnstile spam check, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
Resend — delivery of the request email to our mailbox.
Google — our mailbox (Gmail) where requests arrive.
These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to tell people from bots; it is not used for tracking.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing. Write to weldcom.finland@gmail.com.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Finland the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi), in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
